Director, Leading Aspect Award Agency

Helen Miles has been involved with the Leading Aspect Award since it started.

Helen has a background in all phases of education; nursery, primary, secondary and higher education research. After working within inner City Birmingham in a variety of teaching roles, Helen left to take up an Advisory role in Birmingham with Mick Waters and Tim Brighouse.

From September 2009 Helen is the Senior Adviser for narrowing the Achievement Gap for Birmingham Children's Services.
