Graham's background is in leadership and management. He has considerable primary headship experience. He has experience of advising primary and special schools as a link adviser. He has led training and development across the city including the appointment and induction of senior staff. He was the acting senior adviser for primary leadership and management in Birmingham and course leader for Leading from the Middle. He currently leads the development of the Children's University in Birmingham.
